Santa Ana Wheel sent totally wrong wheel. Bill of sale inside the box showed it was intended for someone else. They refused to refund my international shipping fee. I received a wheel that is totally useless to me & I am out $60. Find a company that values its customers. Santa Ana Wheel does not. Only got 1 star because I had to. They deserve 0 stars.

Gave me a shipping quote of $30 per tire then refused to honor it and said the best he could do was a 35% increase from what he previously quoted. Bad business practices. If he won’t honor his word when I sent him a screenshot, just imagine what crooked scams he would pull behind your back.
First I received the rim and it looked amazing unfortunately I ended up not needing it. I spoke with Elmer who was so patient and kind working with me on how to do the return. In the future if I ever need anything I will definitely go thru them and recommend them. Thank you Elmer for the amazing customer service
