Thoughtless, heartless maintenance staff. It boggles the mind how any of these people are employed. The public lobby is vacant and scary at any time of day. Recently the station was under repair, which diverted buses. No one who works at the facility thought it important to put up clear signage. I found out later that they would put up and take down the signs daily - but no one communicated that to the bus drivers. Extraordinarily disappointing. Currently the station is under repair. They are touching up the pain and digging a trench. They shut down the elevator, which is the only point of access to track 1 for anyone on crutches, in a wheel chair, or with other mobility issues. This failure is compounded. It is run like a ghost station. There are little to no customer-facing employees. The employees hide out on the second floor in offices away from the public. The building is beautifully designed, featuring intricate ancient artwork that gives it the appearance of an 18th-century royal tomb. The staff is friendly, but unlike busier train stations, this one wasn’t crowded, likely due to the rise of affordable and accessible air travel.

The staff working in the information booth are friendly and helpful! I really appreciate the woman at the desk 6/22/2024. She was very kind and went above and beyond to help me out.
