Never ever got a call back, no matter how many times I left my name and number. I don't think there is actually a live person there
Worst place to try and do business with!!! Called for 2 days straight to inquire about a new business license. All I got the entire 2 days was someone answering the phone "please hold" and instantly putting you on hold. Usually after about 20 mins it automatically disconnects but I'm at 2 hours right now, still on hold, nobody came back. I've called throughout the day at multiple different times and it's always the same thing. Nobody ever actually takes your call. I have called several times and have never been able to talk to someone. Someone picks up and places me on hold immediately. I have been on hold for 20min. I keep trying at diff hours and it's the same thing.
