I have called several times and have never been able to talk to someone. Someone picks up and places me on hold immediately. I have been on hold for 20min. I keep trying at diff hours and it's the same thing.

There are 2 entrances. Left side has a kiosk and receptionist who helps getting you to the correct department. While the other is a touch screen kiosk to obtain your ticket. Departments are called by order and you can see your place in line on the screen and printed ticket. Department staff are friendly but they do follow City guidelines strict.
