This is the worst family practice I have EVER SEEN!! They do not put in refills and they are the worst at sending referrals! I actually had to physically go there to pick up the referral and take it to the specialist myself!!!! The patient has to do the work for the front desk staff because they sit around all day doing nothing! They are very rude and it's very hard to understand them as they don't speak English very well. It's so sad that these centers play with people’s lives. Port St. Lucie center: easily doesn't open the door after lunch (for nearly 10 minutes), answer phone calls, or send referral letters to specialists. The front desk staff do not respond kindly, and they are mostly bothered and impatient. I haven't received my refill of insulin for 3 days yet just because my endocrinologist and I, both cannot get a contact with the center they easily Dont respond

Seriously worst Primary Care. Very unprofessional and rude! The PSL office that I was speaking with over the phone do not even answer the phone in a professional manner. Then the two were going back and forth without giving me a clear answer. Do NOT recommend, such a headache!
