Seriously worst Primary Care. Very unprofessional and rude! The PSL office that I was speaking with over the phone do not even answer the phone in a professional manner. Then the two were going back and forth without giving me a clear answer. Do NOT recommend, such a headache!

Really terrible. The office staff is unprofessional and incompetent. The doctor there is a chauvinist and has no bedside manner. No empathy. They never refill scripts when Walgreens calls them — I have to call them multiple times. I was happy to see they hired a Nurse Practitioner- but now they called and said I haven’t meet with the Dr because she’s out of office. When I talked to the manager there, she said she would call me back later today and get me in with the nurse practitioner in West Palm Beach Instead she did not c... read more
