I made a appt and waited two months for it only to find out that they had rescheduled me without notifying me. I called them and they were rude and the most unprofessional office. I spoke to Jackie who had scheduled my appt and she said she would let me know what happened and call me back. She never did and she was rude and abrupt. I wasted two months. I wish I read the reviews before I had made appt. It’s really frustrating that this office doesn’t even have the consideration to let people know. They don’t care!
One of the most accommodating medical offices I have ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, kindness, and true professionalism. The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient, making scheduling and check-in effortless. No follow through. Ordered the wrong testing. They ask me to call quest to fix their mistake. Terrible English. They don't answer their phones. Save yourself the headache especially if you are sick. No help.
