I just had the worst experience ever in this medical office. I have never heard of a PCP (Primary care Physician ) That rejects to see a patient because they have a cold per office manager Barbara Lalanne. To make the story short, I called to schedule an appointment because I have a cold, when I arrived to this office I was triage and right after send back to the lobby after waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby, the office manager told me not until I would get a Covid test I cannot be seen. This place is a joke. Front desk are not professional at all. Hanging around not greeting patients or asking for required documents. I checked into kiosk then took a seat. No one made sure I was checked in. Sat waiting for a while and seen how unprofessional front desk was and left. Medical staff have strong accents and when they speak it’s hard to understand. You have to be Haitian or Latin to some what understand them. I would NEVER recommend anyone here

I recently visited Sante Plus Medical Center in Lehigh Acres, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience due to the poor management and disorganized staff. It was evident that most of the employees lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. During my visit, I needed my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy.
