Husband was seen on Monday. Prescription was phoned in. Pharmacy contacted Urgent Care to let them know prescription isn’t covered by insurance and generic brand is needed. PA wasn’t in yesterday. PA went back today and still hasn’t contacted pharmacy to change prescription and it’s 7:00pm. Just called and said PA is with patients right now. Just have to wait and see tomorrow, I guess. Hubby probably won’t need it now. Tomorrow will be 3 days since he's been seen. TERRIBLE

Rude customer service lied about statements and was told that whats on the letter is not accurate
My Dr was unavailable the day they scheduled me so they gave me a nurse practitioner. I went in for an ear infection that had me bed ridden for a week. This guy just got a nurse to flush my ear and gave me ear drops. After 2 days of no improvement and the pain feeling worse, I emailed him and he responded "that it wasn't a miracle cure and won't fix it right away." I had two occasions to use Sansum Urgent Care in Lompoc this year and they were both fantastic experiences. The staff did a great job of communicating with me, made sure I understood the process and provided detailed follow-up instructions for post-care. The only drawback is being required to wear mask during care. Overall I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent care.
