I was just told I can’t see my doctor for another year and a half. WTH!! I have a major issue and I can’t even get into see my doctor which I have established care with. Santa Barbara Sansum sucks!!
I've had nothing but good experiences here. Staff are lovely, and my doctor is awesome.
The administrative staff has very poor customer service. You have to call over and over to get someone on the phone and if you do, they don’t follow up. I had to deliver my referral documents in person because they wouldn’t take the steps to figure it out. However, if you do get in, Dr. Haq is amazing and takes wonderful care of his patients.
Obviously there are problems at this clinic. Every time I’ve called to ask about making an appointment the staff seems unhappy, slightly rude, and stressed. I’ve called 5 times and each time I’m told that someone will call me back to schedule an appointment but I never got a call back (in over a month with five calls from me.) Finally, today I got a real answer. They told me that they are “not able to accommodate any new patients at this time.” So after a month I’m right where I started.
