This was the worst office I've ever been to. They were extremely rude and no one takes their job there seriously. They don't care about your health
I guess i have to check at least 1 star to write this review. I would put No stars on this Dr's office. Had a physical done & they forgot to fill out 3 places on it. Tried to come back on Saturday to have them complete it & I was told they don't do that on Saturdays. WHAT?! You don't correct YOUR mistakes on Saturdays? Don't ever go here! They don't care about anyone. Can't take time to complete 3 questions & fix their mistake. They won't be getting my money ever again! Oh...did I forget to mention THEY ARE RUDE!
Well...I have seen it all. After being evaluated by a student on my third visit in three weeks, the nurse practitioner lost his temper when I was alone in the room with him concerned that treatment may not be aggressive enough. Tearing up an Rx pad and thrusting it in the trash can I guess he told me who was the boss around there. Geez. I miss the days when Dr. Sanson didn't have 1300 patients a week and there was one on one time with him. He was great. Complete MadHouse!!! I have had nothing but bad experiences from them everytime I bring my babies there!!! Starting with our first visit where they completely forgot about my son and I being in the room. After an hour of sitting there, I walk out into the hallway only to find them turning off lights and locking doors to leave!!! If we would not have walked out when we did,...we would have been locked in and forgotten about for good. Horrible experience! I haven't been to the doctor in years so I had a few issues to discuss. I was advised by the staff that I could only speak with the doctor about 2 issues and I would have to make another appointment if I wanted to discuss anything else. (Only 2 issues per visit) When I saw the doctor, he wanted to refer me to other doctors instead of trying to help me. It was a complete waste of time. By the time I left, I had been referred to 3 other doctors. There was no attempt made to help me.
