UPDATED I brought my car for a regular check-up & oil change, got it back with the windshield cracked in half. The Service Director there, Anthony Torsiello instead of admitting they cracked it tried to sell me the new one for $800. Even though I have a video from their own mechanic clearly showing the glass was in pristine condition before the service, Sansone didn't want to hear anything or even have a conversation. Reliable parts good customer service but expensive. Priced rims for my suv and the price was over $700 a rim. They have reliable mechanics but they are very expensive.
I didn’t give 5 stars for two reasons 1. Took alil while before someone greeted me 2. Not a fan of hearing/discussing money matters in earshot of ALL in the waiting area Overall, the service was great and took the expected amount of time. Anthony was personable and polite and I’m always grateful for any and all complimentary service. I do suggest bringing your own snack & something to drink, they do have plenty of coffee though LOL…I’ll be here again!
