Not good.I am fussy about my cars and I know it did not have a scratch. Also synthetic is so good why does it need additives and it has something to do with warranty if don't do it now.They didn't say my wife's 2025 needed it.They could have taken pictures after the fact of my car.My word against yours.you can keep your oil.
