Very unprofessional service dept , had a defect in my 2022 mitsubishi outlander rear brake caliper and it locked up on my wife whike driving b., 35k miles and the service dept said it was metal to metal brake wise, my wife nearly had an accident on rt 9 in howell and hit brakes and swerved to right to avoid accident with my 10 yr old daughter in back seat and the brake caliper locked up after she was gonna pull away, she babied it back home nearly 3 miles away from home, hence the metal to metal condition from driving on it ... read more
