My Son had a problem with a flat tire and a damaged rim, it took over 2 weeks that they had the car, and no loaner car, he had to call them to find when it was done many times , they never called him back, sometimes left on hold too long. I must say that Eric the manager at Sansone is a real peace of work he is a liar A snake and a Backstabber he is very lousy at his job. His attitude stinks. I wouldn’t deal with this dealership if he is working there that’s for sure. He is a piece of garbage. I had just left Sansone Hyundai Well I was there for a spare tire for my new car that was supposed to be received today the girl that I was dealing with is a very nice person but she was delayed on meeting me there because something happened but anyway this ass—-Eric who.
