Had the best experience at this dealership!! I drove home in my brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn't be happier! Smoke & Mirrors. Had to leave my 2024 Wrangler for a fix on manufacturing defects. Car was in the shop for 3 weeks because part was on back order. It that time I requested a loaner car. Unfortunately they do not provide that anymore. I was instructed to get a rental through a 3rd party and Jeep would take care of it. $1200 in rental later and Im being told they will not cover it.
