Had what i thought was a uti and they thought so too . 2 weeks of cipros 500,g. 2 times a day didn't work ! Went back and they gave me a shot and 10days of ulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim 800 mg. 2 times a day for 10 days ! That didn't work either ! Told me i would need to see a urologist if anti biotics didn't work. Jarrod Said WE DON'T DO REFERALS !!! What a waste of time for me .

One of the woman named Katelyn that works behind the front desk is very rude. I was talking trying to be nice and was completely snobbed by her. I watched as others came to the window to sign in and she treated everyone the same way. The one doctor, I can't remember his name but he has brown hair, beard and glasses shouldn't be a doctor at all. I came in last year, 2022,with horrible back pain. I was crying telling him how much pain I was in. He acted as if he didn't care and asked if I had seen a Therapist for counselling. ... read more

I was concerned about my breathing and wanted a chest x-ray (and compare against one ordered by Dr. Sanson 15 months prior. Blood pressure was a little low and Sanson sent word that I should go to the ER. ER had enormous wait times due to Covid and blood pressure would have very low priority. He wouldn't add lungs or chest x-ray to the referral and would not even discuss it. Kept sending word to take my blood pressure problem to the ER before he would checkout my chest. I had seen Lauren for a severe cold, at the end of the visit I asked for the paper prescription and was assured that it would be called into my pharmacy and left. I called the pharmacy to see if it was there and it was not. Called sanson and they advised that it could take 45 mins to a few hours and was fine with that. Here I am the next day and it was never called in. Ironically she was on her lunch break and I’m still waiting at 1:00 p.m and my visit was around 9:00 a.m the previous day.

The entire staff is patient, compassionate, caring, professional, friendly, understanding and just plain WONDERFUL. Always willing to go above and beyond what is normally expected during an office visit in order patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Best medical decision my husband & I made was selecting Dr. Sanson as our physician. Would I recommend him? I already have.

My husband fell and hurt his back. I took him to Sanson’s. He is on a walker and has difficulty with mobility. After I got him in and seated, I went to the window to register. One person looked at me and walked away. The other asked if the patient took any kind of pain pills. I said yes. He has them for pain, but do not take them regularly. She said, “Dr. Sanson won’t take him if he takes pain pills.” I would not recommmend him to a snake.

My husband and I went to visit Dr Sanson and his staf. I called to make sure my insurance was accepted it was so we went for his visit, and I must say from the time we walked in the office we were met with friendly staff. My hushand had many concerns and Dr Sanson listen to each and every one and then examine him, he explain in details what test he was suggesting my husband to have and why, everyone was very upbeat and caring I am very please with the service and so is my husband.

I would never recommend to anyone! The worst staff and the worst doctors. After a few visits and no help. Wasted money and time.
