I went to Sansbury Eye Center on Beltline .. This was the worst experience that i have ever had trying to get a yearly eye exam. I went eye doctor told me i had a small infection in my left eye, and they should not put a contact in that eye. Now i made them aware i have glasses but unable to see out of the glasses. So, they gave one contact for my right eye. The doctor gives me prescription. I have always enjoyed my experiences with Sansbury Eye Center. They are very efficient, friendly and accommodating. Shannon was very helpful and kind in helping me. Pamala Jackson
Have been a patient there for 7 years but will look for a new provider next time. Insurance process totally mixed up and made to wait for reimbursement 9 weeks. Told over and over the “bookkeeper” was behind schedule.
