The Ultimate Cake Experience – I did a complete search of the BEST Bakeries in Austin. I contacted six places from the "la di dah" to the " this will do" places. My first choice was an upscale bakery , (Ginger's something) according to the website, I corresponded with the baker for at least 8 weeks via email, she never had the time to meet for tasting, I was rearranging my schedule for her convienance, and let me just add the one time I spoke to her on the phone she was rude, and unprofessional.
