I have M.S. and Edema and needed my legs wrapped twice a week. After my first 6 visits, things began to change. Instead of coming by for the second visit of the week, they just did not show up. When I would call, they never answered the phone and had to leave a message. When they did show up, they were usually one day off or at least 5 hours later than promised. I would give this place is 0 * but there is no option.. "Irma" who oversees the nurses is pretty much worthless and does not know how to handle customer service issues... she will complain about the client to the sales representatives and then call your doctor and tell them that they no longer want to service you this is exactly what she did to my 70 year old mother..
