I purchased some products from Sanrio, but immediately realized I had ordered the wrong quantity. I contacted customer service to cancel the order, and they said they would cancel it immediately. However, after several days, the order was shipped anyway. I then requested a return, but after several weeks, I still haven't received a return label. Sanrio's management is absolutely terrible.
I placed an order of in stock items on December 4th. It is now December 24th, the order has not shipped and Sanrio has not replied to multiple emails over that time. What a horribly run company.
