Despite being very busy, I was seen by a charming and professional doctor in under an hour. The advice on my injured ankle was excellent. All staff, including the Admin Manager, were kind and helpful: thank you Team Sanomed!
I needed to have staples removed from my incision following a Total Knee Replacement. A lovely young doctor attended me. She was gentle with the wretched staples and the wounded knee, displaying all the while a lively sense of humour. The young woman who dressed the wound after was also gentle and caring. A really good experience again at this excellent clinic!
At Sanomed, all the employees are super nice and very patient. I witnessed the receptionist be kind to every single person, including myself, and while they were busy, the wait time was not long at all. The reason why I’m giving two stars however is because of the medical treatment I received. I went in, concerned I had bronchitis due to a nasty cough that lingered after I had gotten over the flu.
