Sano Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job. My heating system stopped working about one week ago. A handyman was not able to fix the problem. Daron from Sano did a diagnostic check and was able to repair the issue that day. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He is highly knowledgeable and enjoys explaining things as he goes along. I highly recommend Sano!
SANO is in a league of its own. I had the pleasure of working with Manny, who did an excellent job of explaining the details of what needed to be done. Called to have our furnace checked and had a technician come out to diagnose the problem. Daron was super knowledgeable, friendly, and started out with a diagnostic maintenance of our system. He thoroughly cleaned our system as part of the visit and testing, which was very reasonable. Since our system was 40 years old we requested quotes for various options for repairing or replacing the system. We finally decided to replace after receiving reasons and examples of our current problems.
Ibrahim, Sano service tech, provided excellent customer services, punctual, courteous, efficient, thorough and professional. He patiently and clearly informed me of everything he did to ensure my HVAC system was performing optimally. I’ve received wonderful customer service from everyone at Sano, including Justin who was very helpful in listening to my concerns and scheduled our same-day service appointment. Update: maintenance service today (February 2025) provided by Cameron was wonderful as usual.
Great company! Fast service. Daron was very diligent in trying to diagnose our intermittent problem with our old furnace. Eventually, we decided a new one would be best, and they gave us a great deal. I would definitely recommend Sano for all your HVAC needs. They are a great company to work with.
