Very nice lady working there, she was the owner. I walked in looking for a specific sized shipping box. I told her and showed her what exactly I was looking for and was pleasantly surprised when she walked out with exactly what I needed . I am very happy with my visit here and that my shipping supply needs were met. I will absolutely be back.

My husband and I moved from California to Texas recently and are so thankful for the supplies and service we received from Sannah Packaging. All the boxes and supplies we bought were sturdy and durable that all my fragile belongings arrived safely. My husband and I are so thankful for all their help and would recommend them to anyone. 5/5 customer service & pricing

Called and the lady who I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude. Did not bother to give me her name. I was needing help with something and I was confirming her location and she kept saying that sannah packaging supplies was not her location that she is SPS. I reiterated that sps stands for sannah packaging supplies and she kept saying no until she finally said yes. To then saying she can’t help me and rudely said bye and hung up. Please do better with your customer service.
