Was downsized nine months after a wrist injury caused by my own commitment to meet company production goals. I received my claim number on a piece of notebook pad paper. If I knew my pay rate was determined by how much work I could complete I would have asked for $40 per hour instead. I walked to this job for three months which was fifty five minutes from my rented apartment so thank you for the ride.
No team work, no raises, no support from management and the worst communication I’ve ever experienced at a company. They texted half of second shift when they laid them off and an email was sent explaining why. Extremely unprofessional, don’t waste your time here. Some guys don’t even setup their own machines and have the nerve to call you out when you make a mistake. Lmao I couldn’t associate myself with them anymore, it was unbearable! Imagine crying about a miter saw for 10 months, snowflake.
