Great place to work and grow with other people.
They do not care about their people or products, only the bottom line. They are currently hemoraging accounts at the huntsville location. Glad i am leaving.
My review is for the SCI side of Sanmina. Would give zero stars if I could. Their entire process and procedures are like how all the other aerospace and defense companies probably did it in the 90s or 2000s. They still do paper hard copies of half their work . They SEVERELY underpay their employees and if you get paid market value you will be expected to break your back and kill yourself to meet their expectations.
