Do not understand. Performed a minimally invasive procedure on August 8, and now 5 months out I can barely sit up. I need help to stand. No follow-up. I called the office. and said I was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. I am 64 and use a walker with difficulty.. Shortly after, he dropped me as a patient! I am a physical wreck to this day. No one is addressing this. I am ignored by the other St Luke orthopedics. I have lived in pain and isolation for months now.
Absolutely the worst they never got an approval for a procedure and are now charging me 1600.00 for a procedure that should have been approved and will not do anything to help I was not notified or told it was not being covered and they will do nothing to help me…::worst customer service
