I have been going to Sanke for about 5 years. Always great service. Very nice ambience. Recently started seeing Cerraine, who has done an amazing job with my cut, color, and highlights. Five star service.
I called to ask what their latest appointment time was. They put me on hold for 8 minutes and now their phone is off the hook. They must be out of business.
I do not recommend this salon or at least not Joe. I booked a full highlight, base color, cut, and blowout weeks before a had a big trip planned. I was looking forward to getting my hair done. When I arrived Joe said we don't have time for that and I am not staying late. I thought that was very unprofessional and if 1:45pm is too late to start highlighting, that appointment time should not be an option. Although another client was getting her hair full highlights.
