SanKai is my absolute favorite sushi landing space in greater Seattle. Incredible variety, such fresh fish every day, and the staff is wonderful. Chef Nakano is the best. Let him take you on an adventure thru the joy of Chef selection.

If you’re looking for high-quality nigiri without the Seattle hype, this spot in Edmonds is the perfect choice! You can grab fresh maguro, chutoro, and otoro at an honest price, plus their warabi mochi is absolutely delicious. The variety of their nigiri menu is impressive, and parking is easy on weekdays 🍣🍱 they also have happy hour menu that is worthwhile. Definitely coming back.
