Bad bedside manner, not kind, dismissive. Not thorough. Gave inaccurate information on test results, unprofessional. It took 3 hours before receiving any fluids. And no pain medication for 6 hours for serious bacterial infection.
Dr. Land always takes time to listen.

I am a new patient for Dr. Kader. I cannot praise Dr. Kader enough for his warmth, expertise, and obvious care for my well-being. His reevaluation of my care has resulted in remarkable improvement in my overall health. I simply cannot say enough about this wonderful clinician and his staff.
I always schedule my appointments early to help avoid a log wait. I got to the office for my appointment checked in at desk and after sitting an hour went up and asked how long it would be until seen. The staff realized they never checked me in.. they went in the back and came back out and said the doctor was running behind and would I like to reschedule? I said no.. maybe instead of chatting with each other behind the desk about there weekend plans they should have looked up to see people sitting in the waiting room.
I have been a patient of Dr. Manalis for a few years now. If you can actually get through to her via the terrible office staff, she is very knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor, and I feel like she is a friend. However, the office manager and office employees are simply awful, in particular, the office manager.
