Both times that my wife had a procedure with Dr Saxena he was very rude and unprofessional in the way he talked to her. Had no empathy what so ever when my wife would show any sign of pain. The first time the doctor acted like this my wife decided to give him another shot as he might of had a bad day but after the second my wife decided to transfer to the office in Boca.
Very nice, professional, polite, explains everything, takes time to listen and explain.staff great, facility clean and well organized.
The staff and Dr. Are all wonderful. I reccomend them highly.
