Cool new patient exam , no patient intake forms to fill out ! No medical history required, no medications list required , no vital signs needed, palpates my bladder , gives diagnosis and medication with no explanation. You won’t be with him for long , ten minuets maxim. Your insurance will be billed for 20-30 minuets because that is the law for New Patient intermediate , 20 minuets, New patient complete , 30 minuets. He gets paid full payment for half the time ! He wins , patient and ins loose!
Terrible service, I scheduled for an appointment and couldn't make it for the vasectomy so had to reschedule. Second time I was on schedule and the doctor had to cancel because he wasn't there. Then the third time something else came up and now they don't want to see me at all. Most places would just charge a fee for missing the appointment but for them not to want to see me at all because I missed two appointments is unprofessional. Have a little business sense. Just charge a fee for missing
I visited this office for the first time 6-15-18.I dealt with 5 different people including Dr.Gupta and everyone was friendly and upbeat.This place was a breath of fresh air.I wish all my other Dr offices were like this one.

Very good very professional on scale of 1-10 a 15 or maybe a 60
Dr. Gupta performed a cystoscope exam on me and it was virtually painless. He discovered a cancer and his excellent office staff scheduled me for surgery in two weeks. Dr. Gupta calmed any fears that I had. I will post a follow-up review after my recovery.
My review, I'm blessed to be a patient of his . Gupta knows what he's doing and truly cares about his clients. Whenever I go for a visit, he always has a smile on his face and his staff treat you with full respect. I highly recommend going to him before going to anybody else. Treatment at Dr. Gupta was terrible. First back on 7/14/15 he ordered a test that my insurance refused to pay stating in was "experimental" and I am being charge $1800.00. Now I can't reach his office for help. Secondly a procedure he gave me , gave me a horrible infection that ended with me in the hospital for 10 days getting IV antibiotics .
