I love Dr Patel, his daughter, and the man who helps fit the glasses! Always very personable! Been going to them for years!!
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent eye examination on May 21 at this clinic. While the medical aspects of the visit were addressed, I felt the overall service was significantly rushed. Furthermore, I was charged approximately $40.00 for an additional service (retinal imaging]). I am concerned that I was not given a proper heads-up regarding this procedure. Excellent eye Dr. very personable. No wait to start the appointment. Highly recommend.
Dr. Patel and his team are fantastic. I've been going for a decade upon moving here from DC. Services are professional and staff is courteous. No pressure to buy in house or add on extras. Always accommodating and gives best advice on insurance coverage- ie what meets patients needs. Patel remembers patients and treats you like family.
We all love Dr. Patel; he is truly our family doctor. From the staff at the front desk, to the sales staff to Dr. Patel himself, they are warm, inviting and remember us and our unique care needs.
