Excellent eye Dr. very personable. No wait to start the appointment. Highly recommend.
Dr. Patel and his team are fantastic. I've been going for a decade upon moving here from DC. Services are professional and staff is courteous. No pressure to buy in house or add on extras. Always accommodating and gives best advice on insurance coverage- ie what meets patients needs. Patel remembers patients and treats you like family.
We all love Dr. Patel; he is truly our family doctor. From the staff at the front desk, to the sales staff to Dr. Patel himself, they are warm, inviting and remember us and our unique care needs.
I used to go to Dr. Patel and went elsewhere because of the folks handling - or lack of it- the eye wear. Took a ridiculous amount of time for a simple task. However, it was time for my annual eye exam and my beef was not with him - until now. "Beef' might be a bit strong, but I do have concerns. My time with him was approximately 10 minutes. I have been seeing eye doctors for the past 20 years and this was the quickest I have ever been seen. I feel as my eyes grow older, so do my concerns. He showed me one set of letters an... read more
