Pathetic way to treat patients!!! I called my pharmacy to get a refill of my prescription, and they said I needed to contact Dr. Jain. I called both his Louisville office and his New Albany office, and the phones are not in service at this time. I called the place he does his colonoscopies, and they said he was no longer there and believed he moved out of state. Dr. Jain doesn't explain anything or take the time to let you talk. Horrible service. Always running late, even for a 9:30 appointment. Tip: find someone else.
Worst ever ! Was charged wrong for my visit! Dr would not listen to me or even explain things !! I was a new pt he was barely in the room for 5 mins! Tried to say my issue was due to a medication I told him I had this issue long before I started that medication he said just stop the med umm I can’t do that !! Was told by someone who knows him he doesn’t listen to women and I believe it now I’ll never go back there !!
Terrible. Schedules procedures for patients and when they show up, there’s no appointment.
They listened to me about my issue when the other gastro just said 'you don't have that problem take fiber' They did tests and found the issue and helped me amazingly so. I am oh so very thankful for finding a doc that actually 'doc's these days usually they don't care
great experience had a coloscopy no issues at all. wait time office less than 10 min I am under his care and would recommend my family and friends to Doctor Jain
I have spoke to Mary at Dr. Jain's office, she is amazing! She is so helpful, she has always answered all of my questions in regards to my Son's care! Thank you Dr. Jain and your staff for the great experience we have had with your office!

He was very thorough and took time to listen. We got our endoscopy done within a few days. I am very happy.
