Technically I'm not a patient of this practice. I had to leave Best Self in Orchard Park because they don't allow a meds only policy. I had told my Best Self psychiatrist that I need an increase in my Wellbutrin due to my depresion.She told me that since she was closing out my case that she ethically could not make medication adjustments since she would not be able to monitor me anymore.
