Dr. Shoaib is attentive and takes her time with patients. The office staff are responsive and efficient. Best optometrist experience I’ve had in a long while.
Super friendly staff and they quickly repaired my glasses for free :)
I walked in on a Saturday and asked if they could adjust a pair of sunglasses I had purchased elsewhere that weren’t fitting. The woman working there was incredibly kind and attentive not just to me but to every one who entered the doors. She adjusted my glasses for free and was very sweet and informative. A really lovely local business!
This is a retrospective review and my conclusion is that this shop is overpriced and the optometrist is bad at the job or not professional enough to match other places. The hipster-ish store interior and nonchalant staff had me suspect that they care more about look than substance. And it turned out to be true in retrospect. I went here in 2024 to do yearly check and contacts prescription. They charged me $270 with insurance, as they coerced me into an unnecessary more detailed examination. I should have known better.
