Atrocious! A torture chamber. Stay away for your sanity. Communication is a huge problem here. How often do I have to say that I want a gentle massage? My neck is in severe pain. I plan on seeing a physician ASAP and a personal injury lawyer next week. I don't appreciate an elbow massage, and especially never on the neck.
