Atrocious! A torture chamber. Stay away for your sanity. Communication is a huge problem here. How often do I have to say that I want a gentle massage? My neck is in severe pain. I plan on seeing a physician ASAP and a personal injury lawyer next week. I don't appreciate an elbow massage, and especially never on the neck. Joints like elbows and knees should never be placed on the neck...we all know what happened to George Floyd. Use your palms please.
