I had to buy and have installed a new toilet and reached out to several vendors on line and through calling. Madi at Saniterica was outstanding in his customer service; quick, very responsive, very well priced. The bonus for me was when I asked if he could recommend a plumber and ensure delivery was timed with the plumber. He recommended a great and reasonable plumber before getting back to me to ensure it could all be properly coordinated. Excellent.
