I had a very upsetting experience with Cecelia Chandler APRN. I had a very elevated resting heart rate and an existing autoimmune condition. I asked about cardiology and rheumatology referrals, but both were declined. She said directly she wouldn’t treat anything based off of symptoms alone and needed to see positive blood work before she would think about “maybe writing a referral”.
