I have never been seen by this office in my entire life, yet they are constantly calling, emailing, and sending me physical mail about being a patient with them and scheduling appointments. The only fathomable way I can imagine they got my personal information was because I went to Grand Dentistry, next door, ONE TIME. Yesterday they called me twice within a few minutes, left no voicemail, and when I looked them up, they were closed.
Terrible experience
Came here looking for a primary doctor. The check in process was ok, the girls spoke about guests as if they weren't there. Very unprofessional. Thats not even all. After I was taken back, I was told this location would be shutting down. A complete waste of my time. Why accept new clients if you are shutting down? Finally the doctor came in. You CANNOT CALL DR MAYERS OFFICE DIRECTLY. You have to go thru a WORTHLESS call center, wait on hold FOREVER, and then PRAY the person sends a message to Dr Mayers office, and HOPE they will call you in a timely manner. Getting a referral completed is nearly impossible. Office staff is incompetent. If you don’t speak Spanish you’re screwed. I would say go to the nearest veterinarian and you’d probably fair better. Dr Mayer is nice, but the SYSTEM you have in place IS BROKEN!
