This clinic is truly excellent. From the moment you arrive, the front desk staff welcomes you kindly, the nurses and my doctor provide very professional care, and everything feels clean and well organized. Even though I live closer to another Sanitas location, I prefer to make the trip to New Port Richey because the service here truly makes a difference.
Don't get me wrong, the doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful. Hands down best clinic I've ever been a patient at. But the communication is awful. Being transfered to a call center where I can't even speak to a person at the clinic ia infuriating. It's been days since I've been waiting to hear the results of my X-ray and it's starting to push my buttons. This is my leg we are talking about and the only person who seems to be concerned is me.
Sanitas Clinic offers excellent care with a professional, friendly team. The staff is attentive, the facilities are clean and modern, and appointments run smoothly. I felt listened to and well taken care of from start to finish.”
The staff and medical providers are fantastic and very welcoming. They take the time to address your concerns and understand the details of them. The providers are very accommodating and address a long-term plan to address every concern.
Office does not process referrals in a timely manner, unable to reach by phone. Manager couldn't care less.
