I love Sanitas products. Their ingredients are top tier
I ordered a $50 gift card for my mom on 12/3/25. I received an email on 12/5/25 saying it was in shipping then another in 12/8/25 saying it was delayed. I emailed on 12/14/25 asking if there was any update but no response. I emailed again on 12/18/25 with no response. I then opened a dispute with my CC company, they have yet to get a response. I bought a 1 oz face lotion for $100. If Sanitas thinks 1 oz of lotion is worth $100 than I'm a little confused why they feel the need to put in a large, wasteful, plastic container that is several times larger than the actual amount of lotion. The product should speak for itself if it's that good and have no need to be put into a large container which companies do to make their products seem worth more when in actuality all their doing is destroying the environment and creating waste. Majority of their products are fantastic! Really hard to buy from a retail store and very slow to receive if ordered directly from them. This is the main reason why I switched to another brand that was easy to purchase. It is really a tragedy that such a great product line has such terrible distribution and availability.
