That billboard... do you realize how many women have gone to college while being moms? A lot. Telling women they can’t go to college if they have kids is sexist and offensive. You’re telling women what they can and can’t achieve. Not very feminist...
Guess I'm not real according to that billboard. I'm in nursing school and have been since 2016, I will graduate with my BSN in December. I started college with a 6 month old. He'll be four when I graduate. 💁🤷🎓
Will only be interested in pushing their agenda, instead of what is actually best for the patient, apparently. Do not recommend.
The horrible billboard is absolutely unacceptable. I went to college while having 2 children and pregnant with my third. I am currently pregnant with my fifth and planning to go back to college. Children did not hinder me. If anything my amazing children inspire/encourage me to do my best. We try to see who can get better grades on their report cards. I am teaching my children the importance of education.
How misogynistic to say that women can’t have a family AND be educated.
disappointed that you have so little confidence in woman that you think a pregnant woman cant graduate and be successful while raising a family.
Take down that hideous abortion billboard. What a sick suggestion. Murder your baby so you can go to college? How about truly empowering women instead of creating a false equivalence between an unplanned pregnancy and a ruined future? Shame on you.
This Billboard is horrifying coming from a health department! I'll have you know that I was pregnant with my 1st child while going to school for my undergrad and pregnant with and delivered my 2nd child while in graduate school. Having a baby does not remove a woman's brain! We are capable of a fulfilling two dreams at once.
Hi there, just wondering when you're going to post a billboard that asks MEN if they can father children while going to school. No? Ok, then who ever made and approved that heinous billboard is completely sexist. Remove it.
