Our cottage has 3 bedrooms in the basement and only one bathroom on the main floor. This made it awkward for people having to use the facilities in the night. Our septic pipe was 2' above the basement floor and I really didn't want to bang up the floor, install pipes and a sump basin. Sanicompact came up on a Google search and I was ecstatic to find a solution that simple. Our unit (Sanicompact) could handle the waste water or a small sink and the toilet itself. product is like a disposable lighter , they seldom last past the warranty period with lots of breakdowns along the way ! Products and connections are the lowest quality and not built to last . They can’t actually service or support thier products very well either . Not a good product , no support and very expensive for with low value overall !

Great company. Too bad they don't open to public. Came down all way from Owen Sound to Cambridge but was glad they were able to help me. They products are amazing.
