This is my first time at this spa and it was the best experience thus far with a spa. CJ took me as her first client of the morning with no appointment which is unheard of and she was the best. Very friendly and patient. I was severely sunburnt on my face and asked what she would recommend to use on my face. CJ spoke with Logan and they together with Kristen were able to help me with some treatment options to use. They all went above and beyond to make sure that I left feeling great! Had an amazing facial and loved the haircut! Sanibel Day Spa is a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Friendly staff with lots of knowledge about their products. Love this place!
I had a wedding to attend last weekend and had no idea what to do with my medium length hair...up or down? Sandy and Lynn came up with a brilliant updo for me. I loved my look and got so many compliments! Thank you ladies!

I certainly don't want to argue. That is not my intention. There is not one staff member here that would say anything deemed to be racists. The receptionist tried to explain that you didn't book for everyone in the party to receive lashes. We tried to get everyone in but simply ran out of time. It was meant to be a nice gesture to give you the lashes since you had to leave. We sincerely tried to accommodate each request and make you happy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in with two other friends. They both got the full message and facial and I did not, even though we were alittle late to our appointment. I was charged full price along with my friends. I feel so cheated. I talked with the manager and she did nothing to compensate my terrible experience. I had hoped to leave this place relaxed and destressed but it only added to my stress!!!

I booked this place for my wedding hair, make up, and pedicure. They got everything done in a timely fashion and were so much fun to talk too. They even squeezed in a hair appointment for my mom which meant alot to me. I had never felt so pampered before in my life!!
