In response to the review sent by Jason Ryder 4 weeks ago I want to apologize for your bad experience and assure u that we are taking this review very serious and training all of our staff as the service you experienced that day does not meet the Standards of Sani-Sol.
I have been really disappointed lately as a loyal customer. The service has really declined. I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. No greeting, only one person, and that one is testing water while others sit at their desks in the back. I've switched to another Stiitsville supplier, where I'm greeted and offered assistance every time I walk in the door.
Is our go to place for our hot tub water testing. They have great customer service and are very honest regarding what actually needs to be done to your water. They aren't just looking to sell you product. I highly recommend you visit them. The prices on their water chemicals are very reasonable.
