Extremely incompetent and unprofessional physician. I waited almost 2 months for an appointment, drove 40 minutes to this facility, waited 30 minutes to be called back and had over an hour of exams done on my eyes. I was not told beforehand I would have any dilation of my eyes done. After an hour+ of different tests, I was told I needed to have my eyes dilated as the last test before the Dr saw me. I first had Dr. Rasheed to repair a torn retina in an emergency situation. He did laser surgery and was very thorough; he even caught what was not noticed by my regular ophthalmologist. Since then we have seen him for all our eye concerns. Most recently it was to remove cataracts. He is pleasant and professional, takes time to listen and explain procedures when needed. I feel very confident in his laser expertise and highly recommend him and his office.
