I ended up with a mold issue that was not covered by insurance and spread across several areas of my home. It was an overwhelming process, and I was very much in over my head. This team was incredible and walked me through every step of the process. They were quick and efficient, reasonable in cost, and lead me to all the results I needed. I definitely recommend their services.
Very happy with the service provided by Sani Effect. Having a household mold problem can be a very stressful situation since it can lead to health problems in susceptible individuals. Armando did his utmost to help us grapple with the issue and come up with a workable process to remediate. He is very patient and gave generously of his time to explain things and educate us on how to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!
Comes and says he's writing an estimate. Then never calls back or stops by. Can't even answer a text message and say no I'm not interested. Waste of time

Armando – the owner of Sani Effect is one of those true professionals that you hope you can locate. None of us are experts when it comes to these matters, but Armando is.
