THERE'S NO RETURN OPTION, SAVE YOUR MONEY. There's no customer service. The phone line directs you to send an email and disconnects. No one responds to email. The products are shipped from China, took over 4 weeks to deliver. The product parts were chipped and of low quality, nothing like the fake pictures shown on their website, definitely not worth the money I paid. I wanted to return but there's no way to process a return. The chat box on their website is phony and you get nothing from it.
Ordered a 2 handle water filter faucet. (Hot and cold model) They sent a one handle cold only. Returned to them by UPS on there shipping label. They never sent the correct faucet and never refunded the purchase. I needed to complain to VISA and was given a temp refund. They told VISA they did not receive the return and that I was not entitled to a refund.
