Best place to live in Weslaco very quiet place outstanding maintenance service super clean. Plust there are gated.
I was a guest visiting someone who lived at this property, and she shared a lot about her experience with me. She was excited when she first moved in, but over time she became very disappointed with the lack of communication from the property manager. She even attempted to refer someone else to the community, but they ended up feeling discouraged for the same exact reason. I have lived here by myself for 7 years and I could honestly say that the apartment itself and management were the best. I’ve never had any concerns or issues. They’ve always made it a point to resolve any maintenance issues. It is a safe, peaceful and quiet community. Living alone for 7 years proved that. I would have loved to stay longer if I didn’t need to relocate for new job opportunities. Highly recommended to any small family or if you are living alone.
Everything was good till I moved out. My deposit took a month to be giving back to me. They deducted 250 dollars out of my deposit for I don’t know what reason without discussing it with me. I left everything clean. I spend two days completely cleaning the apartment to be giving back a very low amount of my deposit back. That made my experience bad.
