I have lived here by myself for 7 years and I could honestly say that the apartment itself and management were the best. I’ve never had any concerns or issues. They’ve always made it a point to resolve any maintenance issues. It is a safe, peaceful and quiet community. Living alone for 7 years proved that. I would have loved to stay longer if I didn’t need to relocate for new job opportunities. Highly recommended to any small family or if you are living alone.
Everything was good till I moved out. My deposit took a month to be giving back to me. They deducted 250 dollars out of my deposit for I don’t know what reason without discussing it with me. I left everything clean. I spend two days completely cleaning the apartment to be giving back a very low amount of my deposit back. That made my experience bad. Sangria is a great place to live at. I have friends that live there and have lived there. I can honestly say they keep this place in check and of course there will always be people to complain. Yes there are dogs that get into the trash however there are a lot of dogs from a neighborhood close by that go in there and tear the trash up. However the owner cannot control that.
