Good food, fun for the 20 something crowd Sangria really gets busy on Friday and Saturday nights. As a club it can be really fun (if you are 21-29. After that it's not fun anymore. It is more of a meat market, so don't say I didn't warn you. The food is really good, but very pricey. If you dine there before you go out, you are already in the club, so no cover charge. The bartenders are very busy so I guess that makes it OK for them to be very rude.
Great Food at a Cost Sangria is definitely a place to go, at least once, on the lively Hermosa Pier Ave. There are weekly dance performances by a local Spanish (like from Spain) and their dances don't get old.

what a dump – NEVER, ever, ever go here!!! You will be surprised about how rude the employees are!!! The bouncer in the front is totally an AZZ!! He is a muther freaker & he tried 2 pick up on me!!! Nice atmosphere without all the fuss – Great priced drinks, Nice location, Great music! I have never eaten here but the night bar scene on the weekends rocks! I have made this bar the place I go when I don't want to worry about getting all gussied up just to have a good time. Very kick back so you can wear jeans and dance all night. The drinks are well-priced so you can go with a $20.00 and have about 4 drinks. The cover is a low $10.00 so it beats the Hollywood scene. Great sangria, great food, great customer service - would definitely return! – I went to Sangria in Hermosa Beach for my 22nd birthday. I have to say, I think it was one of my best birthdays ever! The bouncer had SERIOUS attitude... – On a Saturday night, the hip hop beats were good and the drinks were fairly strong. You have to fight your way through the dance floor crowd to get to the bar, though. Like clean air? Too bad -- they keep the folding floor-to-ceiling doors perpetually open, so cigarette smoke from outside drifts straight in. wanna party with prejudice people??? Then go here but not if u r hispanic – PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!!!! A group of friends and I went to this bar to celebrate my Birthday and they didnt even let us in, i called 2 times for the dress code & everyone was dressed properly, in fact they didn't say we couldnt get in because somebody was acting up, or dressed wrong.
