Fun for a bit! – One of the first pros you will find is the location. The pier is a great place to walk down and then why not grab a drink on the way! Sangria has decent service and a young professional crowd. Would recommend to start for a couple drinks the head down the Pier for the rest of the night!
Dancing queen – I enjoy good music to dance to and Sangria offers just that. If you get bored of one type of music, go to the other room for a completely different experience! I like that the music wasn't boring, the dj mixed it up with radio hits and older 80s & 90s songs. It was great fun. The sangria is pretty decent, though they only put apples in them and no other variety of fruit. The wait is long at any club on the pier but Sangria is a great little place to go and dance away!
Pretends like it's Vegas...and acts even worse – I have been to Sangria about three times. Every time the experience has been less than desirable. The security staff holds the line for no apparent reason and will make the line wait about 45 minutes to an hour to get in. People cut the line and pay off the bouncer all the time, but usually these are the drunk group of five girls who think they don't have to wait in any line. The security staff is very rude. When you finally make it through the long lines on weekends, it will be well worth the wait. There are two bars and two separate dance floors with different music and vibe. The music is unique and not the top 40 stuff that most other bars would play.
EASY, BREAZY, Bangin. – Gotta say, if you don't mind droppin a c-note on food, drink, and the like.... You've pretty much going get your hook up. 1--The thing to keep in mind is the opposite gender is there for the same reason, so don't be awkward. 2-- Dress nice. Good Fun Place – This place is great. first of all, the food is great. Like all of hermosa beach, it gets really busy on a friday or saturday night, but the people that work there are really nice. The rest of hermosa beach can be pretty crappy, but this place does a good job of setting itself apart from the rest. Again, I think it's the people that work there that make the difference. too pricey Another trendy wanna be LA nightclub/restaurant. It is so over priced here, and good luck getting one of those over priced drinks on the weekend. the bartenders have attitudes, even though they make like $200 an hour.
