Did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. Had a thorough exam. Dr. Schmidt and his staff are great.
This was my first visit with Dr. Pamulapati. It was very productive and she explained in great detail about my condition and the issues I was having. I have been referred for an ablation. I was very comfortable with Dr. P and hope to continue seeing her as my new cardiologist.
I had my first (and last ) visit to Dr Naylor at this facility. I found the front desk staff to be polite but apathetic. That should have been my first clue. Having been a critical care/cardiac nurse for over 30 years, I am very tuned in to whether a physician is actually listening to his patient or has a script. In my humble opinion, Dr Naylor stopped practicing medicine a long time ago. As a result, I cut my losses and went elsewhere.
I've been very happy with Sanger heart institute. Everyone is caring, nice, helpful and professional. I feel like they are giving me the opportunity for long term recovery.
